We offer face-to-face psychology appointments at our practice in Islington, Newcastle, online telehealth sessions, and walk-and-talk outdoor therapy sessions.

We use evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Gottman Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and mindfulness, amongst others. Therapies are tailored to the unique need of individuals, families, and couples.

Assessments

We offer a wholistic approach to assessments, using standardised tests interpreted in the context of relevant medical history and background information. We have a friendly and relaxed approach to the assessment process, and prioritise you feeling comfortable throughout.

Our psychologists take a warm, friendly, relaxed and supportive approach to testing and actively engage with you throughout the testing process. All testing is administered in a comfortable and quiet environment free of noise and distractions.
