Gabrielle is a Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about hearing people’s unique stories, individualising therapy, and helping people overcome life challenges. Gabrielle values authenticity and compassion, and uses a collaborative approach to promote meaningful change and empower clients to continue working independently outside the therapy room.

Gabrielle has experience in both the private and public setting, and works with children, adolescents, and adults. She has a particular interest in panic attacks and OCD, and has experience with a range of presentations including mood disorders, ADHD, and assessments for children and adults.

Gabrielle believes that each client is unique and tailors her therapeutic approach accordingly. Her preferred therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Gabrielle holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from the University of Newcastle and a Master of Clinical Psychology from Western Sydney University. She holds full registration and endorsement as a clinical psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and is a board-approved supervisor and a member of the Australian Psychology Association (APS). When not at work, she enjoys being in the sunshine, endless creative projects, and spending time with her loved ones.

Alison Sykiotis

Registered Psychologist | Gottman Couples Therapist

 Alison has a warm, professional and collaborative approach in supporting individuals to better manage life challenges, mental health issues, and interpersonal relationships. Alison utilises an integrated approach, with a focus on developing a strong therapeutic relationship to support clients to sensitively navigate and work through their challenges.

Alison is skilled in Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Relaxation and Mindfulness approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution Focused interventions (SFT), Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Focused Approaches. Alison has a particular interest in working with couples she has completed training in Gottman Therapy. As a psychologist, Alison is continuously striving to expand her skills and competencies in delivering therapeutic support enhance the quality of life and wellbeing of her clients.

Alison works with adults 18 years and over, and has experience working with Anxiety disorders (OCD, social, generalised), Mood disorders, Adult ADHD, Adjustment disorder,  Grief and Loss, Stress management, Relationship issues, Addictions, and Perinatal issues.

Alison is a registered Psychologist with a Master of Professional Psychology, and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). In her spare time, Alison enjoys the outdoors, being active, reading, playing Bridge and spending time with her family and friends.
