We are able to assist clients under a Mental Health Care Plan, NDIS, Workers Compensation, DVA, and Private Health Insurance.
Referrals
You do not need a referral to see a psychologist. However, you may wish to discuss with your GP about obtaining a referral via a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) which allows up to 10 rebates per year. See here for more information regarding MHCPs.
Fees
Our fee for Clinical Psychologists is $230 for regular appointments, and $250 for the initial appointment. If you are using a Mental Health Care Plan, the rebate for regular appointments is $137.05, resulting in a gap payment of $92.95.
Our fee for Generally Registered Psychologists is $210 for regular appointments, and $230 for the initial appointment. The Medicare rebate is $93.35, resulting in a gap payment of $116.65.
Appointments are 50 minutes in duration.

NDIS
We offer services to clients who are plan-managed and self-managed clients under the NDIS. Psychology sessions are set at $214.41 per 50 minute session.
Workers Compensation
If eligible, your Workers Compensation insurer will cover the cost of the consultation.
Private Health Insurance
Payment in full is required at the conclusion of each appointment. Any reimbursement from your Health Fund will depend on your eligibility and the coverage provided by your specific fund. We will provide you with an invoice after each session, which will assist you with making a claim.
DVA
DVA provides services for war veterans, serving and former serving members of the ADF, Australian Federal Police and their families.
Payment is taken at the allocated time of your session. Our practice uses electronic payment options via credit card only. To facilitate payment processing, clients will be prompted to fill out a credit card authorisation form within the online intake procedure. Your credit card is encrypted and stored securely.
Cancellation
Our psychologists set aside dedicated time for your sessions. Consequently, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule, allowing us to potentially allocate that time to another client.
A 50% cancellation fee applies for appointments cancelled within 24-48 hours’ notice.
A full cancellation fee applies to missed therapy sessions or cancellations where less than 24 hours’ notice is given.
