Face-to-face & online telehealth for individuals, couples, children, and adolescents in Newcastle.

Wren Psychology offers a wide range of face-to-face and online telehealth assessments and evidence-based psychological treatments to individuals, couples, children, and adolescents. Our highly trained psychologists adopt a holistic approach, understanding that each person is unique, and no two situations are the same.

Our therapy approach is characterised by warmth, friendliness, and collaboration, creating a safe and comfortable space for our clients to work towards their therapeutic goals. We take the time to listen and form individualised treatment plans to address clinical concerns, navigate difficult life events, and regain balance to their lives.

We utilise collaborative evidence-based treatments plans to achieve best outcomes. We offer face-to-face psychology appointments at our practice in Islington Newcastle, online telehealth sessions, and walk-and-talk outdoor therapy sessions.

Recognising that the traditional therapy room may not suit everyone, we appreciate the appeal of a more casual outdoor setting, which can create a sense of comfort and relaxation for some individuals. Adjacent to our practice is Islington Park, which offers a convenient and tranquil location for these outdoor sessions.
